Write to us. A person reads every message, usually within two working days.

Bank SMS not caught?

MoneyTracker reads bank messages with built-in rules. Some banks and message formats are not covered yet. If a message keeps getting skipped:

1. Copy the message text.
2. Remove your private details: account and card numbers, your name, balances and reference numbers. Replace them with Xs. Keep the sender name (for example SBIUPI-S) and the wording.
3. Email it to praveen@xuresolutions.in.

We add new formats in the next app update.

Free trial and unlock

How does the free trial work?

Every feature is free for 14 days from the day you start the trial. Nothing is charged when it ends, and there is no subscription to cancel.

The unlock is one payment of ₹999 through Apple, for life.

I paid before. How do I get the unlock back?

On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, open MoneyTracker and go to You → Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you paid with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Setting up bank SMS capture

iPhone does not let apps read your messages. Instead, you make one personal automation in the Shortcuts app that passes your bank's messages to MoneyTracker:

1. In MoneyTracker, open You → Bank capture and follow the steps.
2. In Shortcuts, create a personal automation: When I get a message from your bank, run Log raw SMS text from MoneyTracker.
3. Set it to run immediately, without asking.

Messages are read on your iPhone. In the evening, one reminder shows what came in, and you accept each one with a tap. You can see them any time in You → Captured messages.

Your data

How do I back up?

Go to You → Backup and save the backup file to Files, iCloud Drive or anywhere you choose. To restore, open the same screen and pick the file.

How do I export my entries?

Go to You → Export to save a CSV file you can open in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.

How do I delete all my data?

Delete the MoneyTracker app from your iPhone. Your entries live only on your phone, so this removes them for good. We hold no copy. Backup or export files you saved elsewhere stay there until you delete them.

Something looks wrong. What should I send?

Go to You → Diagnostics and tap Share diagnostic report, then email it to us. The report never contains message text, notes, amounts, payee addresses or PINs.
